Our VILLA LE BOTTI is the typical Tuscan Country Villa of the Chianti hills. It has been recently restored preserving the original structure of the house.

The estate consists of a VILLA that sleeps 12/14 people with a COTTAGE/depandance next to it that may sleep up to 3 more people.

In total, our estate may accommodate up to 17 people. We like to underline that WE ONLY RENT THE ESTATE TO ONE SINGLE GROUP AT A TIME, regardless of whether you rent the villa only or the villa plus the cottage. Here is a description of both the VILLA and of the COTTAGE.

Our VILLA sleeps up to 12/14 persons, being made of 3 double-bedrooms and 2 triple bedrooms (each one with 1 double-bed plus 1 single-bed). Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom (wc, basin, bidet, shower).

At the upper floor you have a “mansarda”/studio with a double-sofa-bed, in case your group is of 14 persons. For families with small children, we can provide baby-beds and one baby-high-chair, all for free.

In the villa you also have a large hall/entrance with a black grand piano that leads you to a wonderful dining-room with fireplace ( the fireplace is not working, it is a decor) and with a large table able to sit 18 people.

Next to the dining-room there is one living-room with sofas and TV-Sat. Next to the dining-room there also is a large kitchen fully equipped (also with dish-washer, microwave, washing-machine, oven, fridge, freezer, 4 rings-stove, kettle, toaster, Italian-Moka-Coffee-Machine, American-Coffee-Machine, Italian-Espresso-Coffee-Machine from the famous brand LAVAZZA).

In total in the villa you have 6 bathrooms at your disposal: in fact each bedroom has itw own bathroom, plus you have another bathroom at groundfloor next to the diningroom. All the windows have screens in order to protect against insects.

The villa has also a large roofed loggia or veranda equipped with tables and chairs in order to eat or relax open-air. In the villa you do not need air conditioning because it is very fresh on Summer due to its thick walls, however each room has its fan in case you like to keep more fresh your days and nights.

THE COTTAGE instead is made of a triple bedroom (double-bed king-size plus one single bed), a bathroom, a living-area. The cottage has got air conditioning.

The cottage is a perfect solution in case of a couple that likes to have its privacy still enjoying the holidays with a group of friends or relatives. In the garden surrounding the property there are also sun-beds and many umbrellas.

The garden is also equipped with a barbecue area (bricks large BBQ). Our guests have at their disposal 2 bicycles for free. Our guests may enjoy in full privacy and exclusively of a private swimmingpool placed next to the Villa and the Cottage, from which you may enjoy a wonderful, stunning view on the Chianti hills.
 
The swimmingpool is 11,40 metres long (37,40 feet long) and 5,05 metres large (16,57 feet large). The swimmingpool is from 100 centimetres to 150 centimetres deep (from 3,28 to 4,92 feet deep). The whole property is Wi-Fi zone (Internet Wi-Fi Connection).

The nearest village is located 1 km far and it is called MONTAGNANA. There you may find a small market/grocery-shop, a restaurant, two bars and two pizzerias. The nearest small town is named MONTESPERTOLI and it is located 6 km far. Our lovely antique house in open countryside is the perfect residence for your holidays! Around the villa is a beautiful garden, typical of the Tuscan countryside, fenced with private car parking; from the garden you can have access to an optimal path for walking for about one kilometre.

Present inside the structure also a terrace - solarium exclusive for our guests with stunning views of the hills of the Chianti and Tuscany.
